In the parochial records of St. Andrews,Fifeshire,Scotland the marriage of Alexander BELL,not BEALL,to Margaret RAMSAY was recorded 21 of May 1646.They had sons Alexander,William,James,and Andrew.There is no proof they were the BEALLs of colonial Maryland.To my knowledge,there is no proof of even the existence of a Dr. James BEALL or Anne Marie CALVERT.Just another BEALL myth.You can find out more by using the search window in the upper left corner.
