John Beale and Keziah Wooden - Bastardy case

I am trying to discover who exactly the John Beale was that was indicted along with Keziah Wooden on Bastardy charges in Nov. 1760 in Baltimore County, Maryland. The security for Keziah was Jos. Bonfield.
My 4th ggrandfather was Beal Wooden b 1759 in Baltimore County, Maryland. I know that John Beale and Keziah Wooden were his parents. My cousin, who is a direct male descendant of my Wooden line, had 100% matches on the 67 marker DNA test with descendants of Samuel Beall.
If anyone can point me in the right direction of who this John Beale is (it is spelled Beale on the document, but must have been Beall, due to the DNA matches), it would be greatly appreciated.
