I don't see a response posted to your question, but the answer is no.Sharon Doliante's book might actually have some merit, but the book that was referred to is the one by F.M.M. Beall called "Colonial Families..."It has so many gross errors it is best disregarded altogether.Get Roberta Hull's book instead.You can order it through the Beall Genealogical News, which you should subscribe to if you don't already.There are references to it on Rootsweb.
One example of F.M.M. Beall's errors -- he mentions two people supposedly named "Friend Asa Beall" and "Friend Elisha Beall."Actually he's misquoting a will where the testator (Ninian Beall of Ninian) appointed as executors his GRANDSON Asa Beall and his friend Elisha Beall.More than a slight difference.
