Hi! Seeking the surname of Sally (Sarah) G., wife of David Beate/Beaty/Beattie/Beatie, found in the 1850c, Washington Co VA (WCV), below; any help greatly appreciated. Regards. Jack Hockett

Perhaps of note in 1880c, WCV, Abingdon there is an Adline Anderson, mu, 43 [age 37 in 1870c!], wife of Thos., 48, NC with Mary, 21, and Williard, 19 – all mu -?/// See 1850 PPTL, Lower Dist., Free Persons of Colour (FPCs): Shaver, Adeline.../// WCV Mars.
