Hi I'm helping the McKeown family to find any of there relations. I can give you our family tree as we know it.
John McKeown Married Annie Beatson 1880 in Toone Bridge?
John was born 1858 and died in Rutherglen Glasgow 1935.
Annie was born 1860 and died tragically 1910 also Rutherglen Glasgow Scotland UK. They had 9 children of which 7 survived.

My mother is a decendant of William McKeown who's wife was Mary Ward. They also had 7 children Anne deceased, Mary, Margaret, John, Joseph deceased, William deceased and Rebecca who lives in Australia. The rest of them all have lived in the Rutherglen, Glasgow area. My mother is married to Hugh McHugh and they have had altogether 12 children 1 of which died. our names are Bernadette, Paul, Myles, Hugh, Liam, Margaret, Mary, Anne, John, Gordon and Jeanne. James Thomas died a week old. I hope the info I have given will help some of the McKeown, Beatson, McHugh family.
