I saw from your other listing about the Beaudoin book from Melissa that you said that you have ancestors Joseph Beaudoin that was married to Emilie Comtois. We may have these ancestors in common as my grandfather's father was Severin Beaudoin, son of Joseph Beaudoin and Emilie Gilbert-Comtois. From what I have information he had brothers named Jules, Felix, Adelard, Amable and a sister names Arthemise Emilie. The only information I have on these siblings is of the marriage of Adelard. My great-grandfather, Severin was married to Adeline Laroche in 1893 at St. Basile, Quebec. They lived in Quebec for some time but came to the U.S. and their oldest daughter was born in Lowell, Massachusetts. They returned to Quebec some time after that as my grandfather (Joseph Napoleon) was baptised in 1901at St. Leonard d'Aston parish. He came to the U.S. when he was a young boy and the family remained there after that. Most of them lived in the Winooski, Vermont area. I would be interested in finding out if your J. Alcide is related as I would like to find out more about my great-grandparents siblings.
