Allo Ann-Marie, I was very happy when I received your last message. You are right on. I already had the information, but I believed that it was a mistake... See: My grandfather J. Alcide BEAUDOIN married Emerentienne LEMIRE, in Notre-Dame-du-Bon-Conseil, on Sept. 24, 1906. In the register of the parish, it is said that J. Alcide is the son of Joseph-Amable BEAUDOIN and Georgina LEMIRE, from U.S.A. Because Emerentienne is a LEMIRE, I believe that the priest mistaken Georgina, repeating the surname. On the other hand, I found out a mariage in between Joseph-Amable and Georgina GRENIER, in Lowell MA, on June 9, 1907. They were my mother's godparents. That was another Georgina. That why it was so confusing ... Now, I could bring my searches toward Joseph BEAUDOIN... Who were is parents ? Merci Ann-Marie A la prochaine
