I'm building trees of all Becher households in Stark County, Ohio in the 1800 to 1870 period. If you have any info on Bechers in this are, please send my way to fit your puzzle pieces into the bigger picture, which I'll then share back.

Most Bechers come to Stark Co. Ohio in the early 1800's from Bedford Co. or Lancaster Co. PA. Biographies note the family arrived in Ohio circa 1815, but records begin primarily in the 1830 census thereafter.

Within Stark County: Pike, Plain, Nimishillen, and later Washington Townships are where most Bechers settle.

Henry, John, Joseph, Jacob, Simon, William, Emanuel, Issac are the most common given names in the naming patterns in the early years.

Later I'll need info on the 1880 and later Bechers to add onto the branches of the earlier families.
