During the course of my research of my McCann family in Milam Co., TX., I came across a document concerning the division of proerty of Bracy E. Roach Jr.dated 19 June 1886, listed as maternal heirs are; Mrs Elizabeth Punchard, Mary H. Pollard, Miss Helen Vase & Mrs M.C. Punchard. The paternal heirs are Misses B. Roach & Sarah M. Wilder, Sarah A. Millett, Martha K. Roach, Thomas W. Moye, Alice Bates (nee China), Sarah E. Jenkins, the estate of Susan T. Parker, deceased, repersented by H.G. Hefley, administrator, Willie A., Henry M., Leila S., Agnes M., Emma & John R. West, & Alice Adams (nee West), ADDIE BADOW (nee McCann) and Charles McCann.
I found ADDIE's land in Milam Co., TX., used as a boundry line for other parts of this inherited property. It was described as belonging to ADDIE McCANN.
Charles McCann had deed papers made out in Washington D.C. when he sold his part of the inherited land to R.J. McCann of Rapides Parish,
LA.
