Hi - I have William Beddow who was a brickmaker in Merthyr Tydfil, Wales, in 1826 and 1840. I also have a possible brother for him, also a brickmaker, but we've just moved and I don't have access to all my papers right now. I don't have any Davids among William or his direct descendents nor among his known siblings; when I get all my paperwork unpacked, if the possible brother is a David, I'll let you know. William's son William immigrated to the U.S. in 1845; he was not a brickmaker but was a baller in an iron foundry. David is a fairly common Welsh name - St. David is the patron saint of Wales. What state/s are your people in?
