I have an Elizabeth BEDDOW living in Madeley on 1891 census she is 3.
My family lived in Madeley and have traced them back to 1741 census.
The family left shropshire early 1900s for Liverpool and with that we also gained a S and became BEDDOWS.
There must be a link as Madeley is only a small village and there could not be many BEDDOW living there.
