At the National Archives last night, I found this & thought it would help someone researching the Bedinger line. I am not a Bedinger researcher. It is ordered to be certified that satisfactory evidence has been produced to the court that the following persons are the heirs at law of Daniel Bedinger dec'd who was an officer in the army of the Revolutionary War; viz: Susan B. Cornwall, the wife of N. E. Cornwall; Henrietta Lee, the wife of E. I. Lee, and Henry Bedinger, who are the surviving children of said Daniel Bedinger: also Benjm. F. Washington; Daniel B. Washington; Lawrence B. Washington; Sally Washington; George Washington; John T. Washington; Mary E. Washington; Mildred B. Washington; Susan Washington, and Georgianna Smith, the wife of John W. Smith, the children of a deceased daughter, Elizabeth Washington: also Margaret Morrison, the wife of James H. Morrison & daughter of another child, Margaret Foster: also John L. Bryan Junr. & Sarah B. Long, the wife of W. S. Long, who are children of another daughter, Mary Bryan; and Wm. Lucas Junr. & Sally E. Bedinger, the wife of Everitt [sic]W. Bedinger; Daniel B. Lucas & Virginia Lucas the children of another deceased child, Virginia Lucas. A copy Teste T. A. Moore CC I Thomas A.
