James Holmes and William Beetles are giving a lease on property in Shoreditch to Henry Selby for a sum of 445 in advance and a rent of a peppercorn for a term of 90 years. The property is a parcel of ground called Moneyers (?) Land in the parish of St Leonard, Shoreditch on the East side of Moneyers Street together with a messuage No. 74 Moneyers Street.
