I "THINK" since neither her mother's maiden name nor her father's last name is included on the record that most likely they aren't going to be on her death certificate. But, you may want to check with someone in California to find out for sure. One way to obtain the names of her parents would be to order a copy of her social security application. They are what I consider to be pricey, but all applicants HAVE to include that information.
