NOTE: My strong belief is that the above wife, Legusta, is the Ligusta/Legusta SPELLMAN, daughter of David W. SPELLMAN (b abt 1843 - d aft 1920 census) & Hattie A. SEAMAN (1858-1919), in the following censuses:
