BENN (BANNON), Mary Ann, Limerick / Tipp

I am researching Mary Ann Benn (Bannon) she married a Stephen Cleary.
Mary's daughter Sarah Maria Cleary my gg grandmother was born about 1837,
marriage certificate says Casltestoray, Limerick, Ireland, 21 years of age.
Death certificate looks like Nana county of Tipperary , she was around 18
years when she left Ireland for life in Ballarat, Victoria, Australia in
about 1854 where she married and had 11 children. I am trying to find
information on her parents and siblings back in Ireland. I think her birth
place would be more like Limerick in Ireland as said by her marriage
certificate. Any informaion would be appreciated as I am at a dead end
