Hi Sue

My grgrgrandparents (Hugh and Cecelia) came to Canada from Co. Galway in 1850. I don't believe my grgrgrandfather was born in Co Galway however. Most of the research I've done suggests most of the Benn families of that time lived in Clare, Tipperary or Limerick. How far back does your reseach go? I've been collecting bits and pieces form the late 1700's onward looking for conections so I might have something on your husbands line. There were not many Irish Benn families back then so we're all related. Regards Malcolm
