I am not aware of any Delaware connection to my Benns, but am starting to research the Benns of Isle of Wight, Nansemond and South Hampton Counties. My Benns are Samuel b. 1767 d. 1842 and Benjamin b. ca 1770 d. aft 1818. They moved from Virginia ca 1794 to Kentucky and to Missouri ca 1818.
