Looking for information about Alex Benn, b. ABT 1887/8 listed on Montreal directories between 1915 and 1938, occupation printer. It is possible that he lived in the Toronto, Ontario area before 1915. He died in 1939 and is buried in Mt. Royal Cemetery. His wife is listed as Gladys Tubby and Thomas Benn (m. Muriel) is probably his son. Family was living in Chataguay (sp?)in later years. I am trying to find out who his parents are, if he was foreign born and if he is the Isaac Benabraham who is also listed as Alex Benn on Canadian border crossings for 1911? Any help or suggestions as to where to look are greatly appreciated.
