Yes. I recognize the name Jonathan Benn. Same direct ancestor in Henry Benn. The only revolutionary war "service" that Caroline Monks could find was a oath of allegiance that Henry had signed in Delaware. I wonder if the Henry who served in the war was his son Henry. I vist the DAR Library occasionally and will try to locate the file about Henry Benn. Do you have any additional iformation about the file?
