Hi Marcel,

Find it very interesting that both my branch of the Benoit line (Acadian) and a branch of the Benoit (Livernos) line ended up in Putnam, CT. I think that they also lived in the same area of Quebec. Anyway, wondering if any of the Benoit - Livernos line has had the ydna test so that it could be compared to the Acadian Benoit line. Maybe it would show a closer relationship than is understood at this point in time. I have had mine done and it matches with other Acadian Benoit males who lead back to Martin Benoit did Labriere.

Best,

Don Benoit
