My name is Carol Asher, and I also research the Berard family, but I am researching the Berard's which came to Louisiana. I am in the process of trying to tie these Berard's to France by way of Canada. Can you help.
The principle Berard is Jean Baptiste Berard, which is no help at all. He settled in St. Martinsville, La, in about 1760.Let me know if you can help.....Carol Asher
