Dear Bob,

This is a long shot but I will give it a try anyway! My ggrandmother was Julia Berliner-Wald. I am not sure where, but she was born on Aug. 8, 1857 in Ohio. Her father was Sam Berliner from Germany. Do not know who her mother was. She married an Abe Wald, not sure when, but lived in Cinncinati and they had a big family. My grandfather was born in 1882. Julia and Abe were apparently Jewish and are buried in Juda Torah Cemetery there in Cinn. Abe died in Nov. of 1903 at 48, she died in 1915. Is it possible that we are talking about the same Berliner family? Your Edward could have been a younger brother or a nephew of my ggrandmother. I know very little information right now. My grandfather was not kind enough to share any of his family heritage with my grandmother or mother. We know virtually nothing and the fact that I have managed to ferret out even this little information is quite an accomplishment. Thanks for taking the time to read and consider.

Mary
