Hi Reta, et al.
I have quite a bit on this family, since they are a permutation from Brashears of SC. I thought you might like to have Sciotha's siblings and a little on his father, Isaac. Incidentally, I don't think you included all of Sciotha's children.
72. Isaac C. Beshear Sr, s/o Jeremiah Brashears Sr, b. c1775, SC; d. 1835-37, Hopkins Co, KY.Had 11 children, who formed a dynasty of sorts in Christian and Hopkins Co, KY; they and several of their children are named in Hopkins Co, KY, Circuit Court file #4928 (see below).
1. 81. *Sciotha Beshear, b. SC, 12 Aug 1792; m. Martilla _____,
2. 82. *Elizabeth Beshear, b. SC, c1796; m. Daniel Menser,
3. 83. *Larkin Beshear, b. c1800; m. Agnes Alexander,
4. 84. *Thomas Beshear, b. c1810; m. Sally Killebrue,
5. 85. *Isaac C. Beshear Jr, b. c1812; m. Mildred Alexander,
6. 86. *Wilson Beshear, b. c1825; m.1. Susan Moore, m.2. Patsy Ford,
7. 87. Henry Beshear, b. c1826; m. 2 Sep 1851, in Caldwell Co, KY, Dorcus "Dorky" Parker. They lived in Christian Co in 1860; in Hopkins in 1870, then disappeared from Hopkins/ Christian/ Caldwell records.
8. 91. Mary Beshear, b. c1852; m. 30 Nov 1870 (Hopkins Co, KY), William R. Hix,
9. 92. Delila "Lila" Beshear, b. c1856; m. 18 Feb 1871 (Hopkins Co, KY), William H. Davis,
10. 93. Louisa Beshear, b. c1858
11. 94. Emeline Beshear, b. c1860
12. 95. Pinckney Beshear b. c1867
13. 88. *Benjamin Beshear, b. c1828; m. Julia A. Cook,
14. 89. *Vincent Beshear, b. c1827; m. Eliza Jane Capp,
15. 810. Harriet Beshear, b. c1828; unm. in 1850
16. 811. Matilda Beshear, b. c1830; m. 14 Aug 1851 (Caldwell Co), John Brown, d. age 22, in Hopkins Co, KY, Apr 1858 (killed), s/o Tutt and Treecy Brown. In 1860, Matilda and 2 children are living with her brother, Vincent.
17. 91. James R. Brown, b. c1852, KY
18. 92. B.F. Brown, b. c1856, KY
Note that there are wide gaps between groups of the children, suggesting that Isaac was married, probably, three times. There is a marriage in Christian Co, KY, 6 Apr 1818, Isaac Beshears to Polly Moore; since there were no other Isaacs in the area, this is probably his third marriage.
