Charles Homer Bethany was married 3 times according to what I have in front of me. He married Delilah Couch September 14, 1842 in Lincoln County, Tennessee. I do not have her exact date of death, but she died in 1843. He then married Margaret Couch Williams September 3, 1843. Her death occurred on or about 1860 in Benton County, Tennessee. He then married Martha Angeline (Lucretia)Pierce on July 8, 1861 in Henry County, Tennessee.
Margaret Couch married a Williams, first name unknown and had a child by the name of William Williams around 1838.
As for as proof, I will have to look further to determine what my notes say.
I have a question mark by Margaret. She was in the home of Andrew J. and Calpernia Shellbourne Bell at one point, but I do not show what year. I am assuming her and Delilah or related, but I have no proof of that. I usually won't add anything to my family tree unless I am 99.9% it is correct. I have made mistakes in the past and I appreciate any help in making something correct. My husband does a lot of the research, too. It is something we enjoy doing:) If you have other information, please let me know.
