eugene: my name is lynn bevels(shannon). my great grandfather's name was james w. bevels born 5/11/1868 died ?. he married ada josephine turner born 5/11/1883 died ?. they had a child named jess wyatt bevels born 3/14/1901 died 7/22/1984. he was born in alabama died in hugo,oklahoma buried in ft. towson cemeteryin oklahoma. he married lena delois gruben born 1/4/1927 died 7/2/2001. she was born in oklahoma and died in oklahoma. they had 3 children together . lois was his second wife. alva lee bevels,sr. born 5/10/1941 died 12/17/1995. betty sue bevels born 9/3/1943. lena ozell bevels born 11/9/1945. alva lee was my father, he married martha lee edwards (7/17/1964) in brownfield,texas. they had 3 children: martha lynn born 7/19/1965. alva lee,jr. born 11/19/1967. terry joe born 12/10/1969. thersa ann born 1/8/1972. i know this information doesnt pertain to daniel bevel, but i was hoping you could either give me more info on the bevels's family and how i could get ahold of the book "700 years of the beville family." my grandfather left his family when my father was about 10 years old . i didnt get to know him until i was 17 years old and by then he had old timers disease and couldnt remember anything about his family . my grandmother gave me what little info i have which i have put into this messege. i would a ppreciate any help you could give me . before i forget both james and ada were both born in tennesee.
