Interested if anyone can tell me about an Elizabeth Byas who was on the census in Sequatchie County TN in 1860. She was 85 years old. She was living with a Samil Graham, who was 60 years old and listed as a distiller. Also living in the house was a 16-year old boy named Harmon Byas. These two Byas were NOT listed in the Index. I found them scrolling through the entire county. My ggg grandfather, Robert Byas, died in April of 1860 and did not appear on the census, but his widow Huldah did. She was 47 (as was my ancestor when he died of pneumonia a few months earlier)...Please help!!!
