My mother was a Biddlestone before marrying.
Her family come from Cheshire and Liverpool. In Cheshire, they hailed from Greasby, on the Wirral. Some of them went to Australia in the early part of the 20th C.
In Particular a Mary Biddlestone married an ozzie called Hobart Cato, and they returned to Australia. Others who migrated to Australia included William and David Biddlestone. Also Thomas Biddlestone, and Harry.
