Alta,

I'm interested in your John Kellum. Our Kellums descended from George Kellum (b:1762) who married Rachael Booty in Craven Co., NC in 1796 and moved to GA. They lived in Warren Co., GA for a while. I believe that George's father was William Kellum, a planter from Accomack Co., VA who bought land in Craven in 1756.

Have wondered if there were more relatives to George's family in Warren Co., GA.

From GA Marriage records:
KELHEM, Archibald to Martha Waynne (Wynn) on 25 May 1815 in Warren Co. - son of George (b:1762)
Kelhem George to Polly Strother on 30 April 1821 in Warren Co. (maybe George 1762 second marriage ?))
Kelhem Rachel to Julian Proctor on 2 Sept. 1820 in Warren Co.(George's daughter)
Kellum Sarah to Benjamin Booty on 23 Nov. 1820 in Warren Co.
(George's daughter)

May be a son of Nathaniel Kellum and a nephew of George 1762:
Kellum William to Deborah Stubbs on 10 May 1800 in Warren Co.

Unknown relationship. Could they be related ??
Kellum, I.C. to Jane Fergus on 23 Jan 1808 in Warren Co.
KELLUM John to Nancy Bigby on 23 Jan 1808 in Warren Co.

Thanks,
Anita
