I have put a new site together containing all of my genealogy records. Some contemporary surnames are: Tuten, Garvin, Byrd, Miller, Dickert, Lominick, Berly, Berley, Benton, McGee, Jones, Dunlap, Lewis, Bigby, Calvert, Fountain/Fontaine, Plowden, Greer, Sims, Hart, Mason, Grigg(s), Lide/Lloyd, Gibson, Ellis, Garner, McLeod, Summer, Epting, Wicker, and Cromer. These are most of the surnames dating back to around 1800. Must of these families are from South Carolina. The database goes back to pre-carolingian times (ie. before Charlamegne c. 800). Please feel free to search through it as much as you like. Database can be indexed by surname, birth date, location, and includes accurate and detailed relationship computing between individuals.
