Hi from another Bill.
I too have ancestors in Northern Ireland, Belfast to be precise. You can see what little I’ve traced so far on my web site .

I also have some marriage certificate copies that I obtained when searching in Ireland that do not seem to belong to my Bills (as yet) but may have some link to yours.
The only one that refers to a John Bill is a marriage in Belfast between:
William Bill, 25, carpenter, Belfast, father John Bill, farmer
Jane Wilson, 22, Belfast, father George Wilson
Dated 4 May 1846 – so too late to be your John Bill.

The others are:
Marriage – Antrim - 11 May 1845, between:
William Bill, full age, shoe-maker, Rathmore, father James Bill, shoe-maker
Margaret Davidson, full age, Rathmore, father Thomas Davidson, Farmer

Baptism – Belfast – 1 Dec 1880
William Bill, father James Bill, mother Rose Bill (formerly Miller)
The place of birth and residence appears to be Cloughfern.

Baptism – Belfast – 23 Feb 1879
William Bill, father David Bill, mother Martha Bill (formerly Seawright)
Place of Birth 19 Glentilt Place, Belfast

I don’t suppose that any of this relates to you as they are too late but you never know.
Best wishes
