Truman D. Bill (1813-1860)

Truman D. Bill (1813 - 1860), son of
Samuel Bill (1788-1827) and Melintha Ellis,
may be the one or related to the one you're looking for. He was from Gilsum, Cheshire Co, NH, brothers and sisters: Melintha, Otis, Elmira, Irving, Mary Ann, and Lucy. There was a Samuel Bill listed in 1820 Derry, Guernsey, Ohio, and 1830 Orange, Delaware
Co, Ohio Federal Censuses. Samuel has a family tie to Joseph Smith, and may have been in his group in Ohio. There may be a tie.
