A book was published in the U.S. Ledyard Bill
in the 1800's. I took it out from the Beinecke Rare Books Library (203)432-2972.I has the origin from England & the families in USA. Mine came from Germany but the British did book trading with Germany. The doctor for Queen Elizabeth was a Bill, his son (?) was a printer for the King's Press..
