Was disappointed to learn via letter from Harry Bill dated 4 August 1999 that his book has sold out and he is not planning any reprinting. The Kings (County)Historical Society does not have any copies for sale either and are directing people to used book dealers in the area, as I found upon stopping in on the 23rd.
