Ron, would your Lee, married to Dena, been born before the turn of century.

My dad would have been Dena Carpenter Billinghurst's first cousin. Her dad and my grandfather would have been brothers.

My dad was born in 1896. Her dad was first born in 1843 and my grandfather born in 1854 would have been almost last born.

It wouldn't surprise me that they were in Detroit. They were in Defiance co, OH.

All I have is that Dena Carpenter married Lee Billinghurst, a ship builder from Boston, Mass. Her actual name was Emma Erdena.

It says in the one history that I have that they had no children. Do you know if this is true. Thanks

mary
