Billinghurst & Baptist faith

Has anyone else made a connection with the Baptist faith and Billinghurst's?

I have been looking for the birth entry for Henry Billinghurst born approx 1781, married to Mary King. In the census of 1851 he gives his place of birth as Wisborough Green. I have gone through the micro fiche for the parish to no avail, but I did come across the name mentioned in other documents with a Baptist connection. Baptists baptise adults not children, which may expalin the lack of an entry. They had to register marriages and deaths as it was law and the only consecrated land for burial was owned by the C. of E.

Anyone one with the same thoughts, I would love to here from you
