Here is what I have on John Williams. John Williams died 1671 m. Mary Billington children of John and Mary Henry b. 1665 d. 1703 m. Lettice. Their son John Williams m. Jane Harris. Their daughter Ann Williams b. 1712 d. Dec. 31, 1744 m. Roger Williams b. 1700 d. 1767. Their son Luke Williams b. 1738 Halifax Va. m. Katherine Barber. These are my ancestors.

John Williams b. 1600 d. 1671 other children:
Henry b. 1665 England. 2) Luke 3) John 4) Thomas b. 1669 Va. 5) Edward b. 1671 Va. 6) Rice 7) Mary Frestoe m. 1) George Fristoe 2) Thomas Smith 8) Hugh Williams b. 1667 va. I show the father of Mary Billington is John Billington. I will have to look up this info. further.

Further John Williams I - b. 1639 England, died 1669 Rappahannock, Va. m. Mary Williams b. 1643 England his son Henry Williams b. 1665 England married 1681 Va. died 1703 Richmond, Va. His brother Luke Williams b. 1665 your will 1706. John Williams II b. 1674 Richmond, Va. Married Va. Died March 15, 1750 Richmond, Va. Henry Williams also married Sarah Lettie Williams b. 1669 Va. John Williams II m. Jane Frestoe Williams b. 1678 Va., died 1764 Warsaw, Va.
Their son Luke Williams b. March 15, 1722 Va. died 1786 married Lucy I think Terry.
I will hunt further for my Billington info.
