I'm beginning to see a pattern here...

Olive Ann Billington (b. Wayne, ME) and Dennis Sprague had a son, Seth Billington Sprague. They resided in Milo, Maine.

James Hervey Macomber and Mary Jane Billington, at some point resided in Milo.

And one more...

Jonathan K (Knowlton) Billington married Harriet B. Spaulding on 03MAR1858. They had a son, Seth Billington, born 1865. They lived in Milo. According to the 1880 Census, Jonathan was born in 1811. His father was from Maine, and his mother, from New Hampshire.

That's enough for me to believe that there is a Seth Billington / Polly Knowlton link here.

The Macomber tie in is also of interest to me, as I have Macombers on my paternal (Walker) side. (I was born at Rumford, ME).

Keith :-)
