There was a Toby G. Billington (T.G.) in Seminole, Oklahoma in 1931. He was a Doctor. He seemed to still be there in about 1958. Believe he was from Adair County, Missouri. The US Census from 1930 showed his spouse to be Jewel. I remember something from Adair County that showed a wife named Ruth Hall. There were no children listed in the Census for Seminole, Oklahoma for 1930. The Social Security Index lists Toby and Jewel's last address in New York.

Hope this helps.
