I am researching the Ezekiel Billington, who served in Captain Clark's Co of New Hampshire Troops (White, Virgil. Index to Revolutionary War Service Records at page 212)

During the course of my research, I have encountered another Ezekiel Billington (1759-1848), who served in Captain Thomas Seglar's Company, Colonel Joseph Allen's New Jersey Regiment and Captain Bill Camp's Company (Please see Pension application # W 8365). He was held as a prison of war on a British prisoner ship in New York harbor. In order to get off the prison ship, he enlisted in the British army. He was removed to August Georgia and then went to South Carolina, where he deserted from the British army, served twelve month in Captain Field's Company and was int he Battle of Eutaw Springs.

At the expiration of his service, he lived in Cumberland County, North Carolina and in Wake County North Carolina,
and moved to Johnson County, North Carolina where he married. In 1810 he moved to Bedford County Tennessee. In 1832 he was allowed a pension and died on September 29, 1848.

However, I am looking for information on the Ezekiel Billington, who lived in New Hampshire is believed to have owned a firearm, which was manufactured in France in 1763. Does anyone know about the Ezekiel Billington from New Hampshire? Any assistance would be appreciated.

Thank you.
