Sorry to hear someone claimed all your hard work.
I myself have spent days compiling my tree with help from close family members.It's always rewarding to find a long lost relative but for them to claim all your efforts is just not done. I don't blame you if feel reluctant to open your tree.
Anyway I think my tree is linked through my sister-in-law Margaret Patricia Wolf 1936-1992 her ancester Thomas Birchall 1859-1940 married Ellen Pilling 1864-1946.
I have quite a full tree of information on this branch of the Birchall family which does not link to my Birchall tree.I don't wish for any information from your tree only an acknowledgement of a link to your tree.
If can provide any help in your research please let me know.
