Hi Pamela.
My granddad and his family came from Dublin.
I don't know much about them but his name was Patrick Birkett and he was born in 1898. His father was Robert Birkett and his mother Julia (nee Kingston. He had siblings named Bridget, Bernard, Annie and Mary Ellen and in 1911 they were living in Kingstown.
If you are connected in any way I would love to hear from you....... that side of my family has always been a mystery to me that I would love to unravel.
