Hi!
I ran across this message quite by accident. I am interested in corresponding with any Burketts or Birketts from England or anywhere.
I, of course have heard of the Mutiny, but never realized that a Burkett was involved.
I live in southern Ontario, Canada. My ancestors are from the United States, but ultimately from England.
I visited England last May, my daughter attended the University of Glasgow and I wanted to see as much as I could in a couple of weeks while visiting her.
It was a lot of fun driving around England and Scotland, but I think I missed some opportunities to connect with my Family Tree.
I look forward to a reply from distant relatives!
