Hi Ben, Rachel Ann, Sue, and others,
I have only one copy of "Dellie" - not for sale, but I also have some photographs of Dellie, Andrew Trew, Jane Trew (his mother), a group photo of Dellie, her parents and siblings taken in Siam (Ben - Dellie's father was DAN Beach Bradley, son of Judge Dan Bradley and Eunice Beach). Also have a few photos of Dellie's & Trew's boys.I have scanned most of these pictures and would be happy to email to interested persons.I DO NOT HAVE ANY PHOTO OF EBEN BLACHLY, AND WOULD VERY MUCH LIKE TO HEAR FROM ANYONE WHO DOES.I have a scanned copy of a photo of Miller Blachly & wife, but not sure whether it is Eben's brother Miller, or his father.
I am married to Mary Adele Carpenter, a daughter of Barbara Blachly Carpenter and a great granddaughter of Mary Adelle Bradley Blachly (the different spelling of Adele/Adelle was accidental).Barbara's father, Louis Bradley Blachly had planned to write "Dellie" and had completed many chapters of a manuscript before he died.He also transcribed hundreds of pieces of Dellie's correspondance, including many with her siblings.Much of this material is in my possession, mostly poor quality carbon copies which are difficult reading.Very interesting material, however.Lou also wrote up a carefully researched account of the robbery in which his father was killed.
