Hi Richard, I have tried to send you my BLACKARD lines directly to you but the E-Mails keep bouncing back. Please respond directly to my E-Mail address, email@example.com.
Thank you for the information you
have provided. Have you found any information about Elizabeth after she
landed in Maryland???
With you being the 2X great grandson of Spivey BLACKARD that would mean you and my mother are 4th cousins, and 4th cousin once removed to me.
I am a double BLACKARD from the NC>TN>IL line because 2 2nd cousins married each other. Both Thomas and William, Sr. are brothers to your Spivey BLACKARD.
Line #1 -William Blackard abt 1766-1821 + Eliza (unknown last name) > William Blackard, Sr. 1805-1874 + Jemima Trousdale 1808-1843.
Line #2 William Blackard abt 1766-1821 + Eliza (unknown last name) > Thomas Blackard 1796-1849 + Elizabeth Lay 1800-1844
I am tracking all the BLACKARD cousins and would be very interested in exchanging information if that is something you are willing to do. I don't have you listed but I'm wondering if your Great Grandfather could have been John T. Blackard??
Nice to have made contact with another BLACKARD Cousin, Kes Truelove Valparaiso, Indiana
