Hi Roy, These are the 3 Marriages I have for John L. Blackard, son of Thomas Blackard and Elizabeth Lay. #1- Sarah J. Randolph 4/17/1855 White Co, IL #2- Sarah Ellen Starkey 9/6/1870 Galltin Co, IL #3- Mrs. Eliza C. Kinsall 4/3/1877 Gallatin Co, IL.

Eliza C. was Eliza Catherine Litchfield (Known as "Kate" to my grandmother who was born in 1883) and was married 1st to James Sanders and 2nd 4/25/1872 to John L. Kinsall who was the son of Benjamin Kinsall, Sr. and Eliza Langford.

John T. Blackard, son of Spivey Blackard and Catherine Garrett, was married 9/18/1862 in Gallatin Co, IL to Artimesa/Artemesia Starkey and was the father of Ulysus Grant Blackard, Robert Jesse Blackard, and Maggie Blackard.

The marriage dates are from the Illinois State Marriage Index. Please correct me where I am wrong. Kes Truelove
