YES, my Blackard Family came to White County, Illinois in 1830. They were also in Gallatin and Saline County. 5 brothers, Thomas, William, Job, Joshua, and Spivey. If your family married into ANY Blackard in that area we are definatly related. Looking foreward to your reply. Kes
