Unfortunately, I have no information on Mack Carroll Blackard other that what you've listed.

You may already be aware of this information, and I've just begun researching my husband's Blackard line. However, I believe that two of Mack Carroll Blackard's relatives (nephews or brothers, I'm not sure yet which one) were in Tishomingo County, MS, in the 1910 and 1920 censuses. In the 1920 census, William D Blackard, age 26, born AR, is at household #107; Carroll M. Blackard is at house #108; John D Blackard, 22, born AR, is at house #122.

William D. Blackard and John D. Blackard are both buried in Elmwood Cemetery, Mississippi County, Arkansas. William D. died in 1931 at age 38, John D. died in 1973 at age 76.

Hope this helps.
