Hi Tom, do you have BLACKARDS who are not
Forresters ? Do you have any history on the
BLACKARDS before 1796 ?

My gg grandfather, THOMAS J BLACKARD, b Person Co, NC (1796-1849) m ELIZABETH LEY, b
Sumner Co, TN (1800-1844); They are both
buried BLACKARD/LAMB Cemetery, Gallatin Co, IL.

Trying to find parents of THOMAS J & JOBE
BLACKARD. All I have (given to me by other cousins) is a WILLIAM BLACKARD, b abt 1766 d
1829 in Sumner Co, TN.

A WILL-YOU-BE BLACKARD applied for a Rev War
pension in Wythe Co VA in 1832.

I have a WEBTV set-up, not a computer, but
can receive gif & jpg attachments, whatever
that means.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
