Cheryl - I don't know about 'official', but
I trust the data to be reliable, and this is a work in progress. We both may have something
here: Elizabeth Ann BLACKARD, d/o Levi+ unknown, b.1814, Lawrence, Tenn., d. 1886,
Modesto, Calif.+ James W. PAINE,1815,Giles,
Elizabeth Ann BLACKARD, d/o Jeremiah
BLACKARD + Elizabeth FARQUHAR, b.1816,Person Co., N.C., d. 1858. They are both in the tree,so I think we have two different people with the same name - not uncommon in large
families. These dates do not match, so we most likely have two Elizabeth Ann BLACKARDs,
second cousins, if I count right. I have
Eli (b.1772) as the fifth son of Wm.Willoughby
BLACKARD + unknown, b/o Willoughby (1758-1834+), Wm. Charles (1762- ), Jobe (1766-1800),Wm.Alexander (b.c.1769), Generic (b.c.1770), ,Eli H.(b.1772), Mary BLACKARD
(b.1778).I don't know if this helps any.
I can't seem to access, and would like to e-mail you. I trust the data, but don't know how official it is. For now, I will go with this, and welcome any additions
or corrections-this is a work in progress.
Thanks for the follow-up. Good hunting,
